Required Downloads

To fully access Agile Mind programs, you need:

• Flash
  If you can see the animation below, you already have the required Flash player. Otherwise, you need to install Flash. Install Flash now.
  
• Internet Explorer
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
  Adobe V6.0 requires postscript printer drivers:
  Get them here Get Drivers
• Display - Enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins
• Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu at the top of the Internet Explorer window. The Internet Options window will appear.
• Select Security from the list of tabs at the top of the Internet Options window. The Security tab will appear.
• Select the Custom Level button. The Security Settings window will appear.
• Scroll down to the Download signed ActiveX controls entry and select the prompt radio button.
• Scroll down to the Run ActiveX controls and plugins entry and select the enabled radio button.
• Select the OK button to accept the changes.
• Enable browser session "cookies"
• Click on the Tools menu at the top of your browser.
• Click on the "Internet Options" item at the end of the dropdown list.
• Click the Privacy Tab.
• Move the slider to the Medium level for internet.

Technology Specifications: 2007-2008 School Year

Agile Mind services are delivered in an application service provider (ASP) model, meaning that they are web-based services operating from a central data center. All content is accessed at the Agile Mind website and delivered via the Agile Mind Internet servers. Students and educators access Agile Mind services via personal computers with standard Internet access at a minimum connection speed of 28.8kbs using standard Internet browsers.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL AGILE MIND SERVICES

For an IBM compatible:

· Pentium II 266 MHz processor or faster

· 20MB of available disk space

· 28.8 Kbps or higher internet connection

· Windows NT / 64 MB RAM · Windows 2000 / 64 MB RAM

· Windows XP / 128 MB RAM

· Windows Vista / 512 MB RAM

· Internet Explorer IE 6.0 or higher

· Cookies: Enable session cookies

All Agile Mind services are functional at 28.8 kbs dial-up Internet connections speed. If you are experiencing less than 28.8kbs, you may encounter problems.
